Betsy's Biscuit Factory

In the kitchen again, this time she delved to the bottom of the pinny drawer and found Kitty.

Yesterday we started with Mary's recipe and reduced the sugar from 150g to 100g but left in the required tbsp of g, instead adding 4 tbspolden syrup.  I thought they were too sweet.

Today we bumped up the Oatbran content and completely omitted the sugar and golden syrup instead adding 4 tbsp of the stem ginger syrup - which is no where near as sweet as the golden - may as well use it as it's there.
