I've been a fan for a while.
A friend asked me to puppy sit her 10 week old. I have had a tiny ornament hanging around for a while, so I got out the never before opened Araldite - I though it was complicated!
Made my friend a little brooch.
Here's our new friend Clemmie, she sleep a lot.
Not too keen on walkies.
Let's have another snooze.

I have been selling a few things on etsy of late, it's very exciting when someone I don't know and who has never had their hands on my work buys something.
My work is now in Italy, Texas and New Jersey.
It's even more thrilling when someone who doesn't know me and hasn't handled my work has faith enough in my skill to commission me to create something and pays me before the job is done.
I am chuffed to bits.
The last of my little stitchers completed their bunnies this week, aren't they fab.

We set off at half six this morning with our new gazebo and it rained for most of the day.
The weather didn't dampen our spirit though, we purchased cinnamon buns and I cracked on with a sock. My assistant worked hard and you can just spy him having a much needed hot chocolate from his christmas Thermos, it used to belong to Father Christmas - but that's another story.
The remaining Easter Bunnies have hopped over to etsy.

Almost ready for Saturday at Rode Hall, just some scarves left to embroider,
The hide has been made in to a few things including this bag, the tablecloth lining is bonded to it giving it a weird rubbery feel.
Perfect stitching and I couldn't even locate a leather needle, I'd be in trouble on Sewing Bee.
It's not meant to be reversible - although it's good enough to be -
I just like to show the up-cycled lining.
