Manx Loaghtan, Jacob, Shetland Handspun Yarn
You won't find this combination anywhere else, all of my favourites combined into one. I adore natural fibres but sometimes get bored with the plain colours so for this project - I made a cardigan - I decided to mix them up together. I love this variegated look within the barber pole. The white is all Shetland, the fawns/browns/greys is Shetland, Jacob and Manx.
Hand spun yarn takes many many hours to create, this fibre was prepped and oiled for spinning, spun into singles then plied then skeined then washed and finally it is ready to be squeezed and used.
