Delivery & Returns

UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and this requires a signature on delivery. If goods are confirmed to have been delivered by Royal Mail then this will be considered the end of the transaction.

We use the addresses on the Royal Mail website and it is the customer's responsibilty to check that you have provided accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for any delivery issues. We will not refund or replace or items that are undelivered or lost as a result.


Deliveries Elsewhere (not UK)
We use Tracked Delivery services and this requires a signature on delivery.  If goods are confirmed to have been delivered by the carrier then this will be considered the end of the transaction.

It is the customer's responsibilty to check that you have provided accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for any delivery issues. We will not refund or replace or items that are undelivered or lost as a result.

Customers are responsible for paying any duty or taxes that are levied on import.

Returns
We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the items at the time of purchase, or we have agreed that you may return them and in any event they must be unused and unworn. We do not refund the return shipping of items. 

Custom orders that are made to measure will not be refunded unless they are faulty.

In returning faulty items please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arose. If we agree that the items are faulty, we will refund the cost of return carriage and repair or replace the items as we choose.
