Hand Quilted Patchwork Case No.3

I spent the dark evenings of last winter hand quilting some of my patchwork pieces with embroidery silk, I then backed this one with a thick royal blue wool and then hand stitching the binding. Eventually I have made them into darling little zip cases but I'm so pernickety I had to hand stitch the side seams to catch that binding just right. I find the different weaves of linens sitting against each other very satisfying.
Red zip with blue leather pull.
