Ruffle-O tote made by me - you can also buy the pattern to make your own - in a vintage French glazed floral cotton. Lined with linen, French seamed, three inside pocket and of course a whopper ruffle. Sturdy webbing handles.
18” wide, 16” tall not including ruffle.
