The Ruffle-O Bag Pattern

The Ruffle-O is a circular tote with a whopper ruffle. It is lined, has pockets, french seams, your choice of handle and of course the all important ruffle. You can adapt the bag to work with the materials you have available and it is perfect for using vintage linens and beautiful selvedges.

Approximately 18" wide x 15" tall, not including ruffle and depending on your personal choice of seam allowance.

I've had it in mind for a while to create sewing patterns and here is my first with the all important accompanying video tutorial, I talk you step by step through the whole process with tips to make life easier and suggestions for adapting the pattern. Do contact me with any queries as this is the first time I've written/explained a pattern and while I've had none sewers review the video and wording I may well have missed something.
